Self centred and arrogant. Demeaning to fellow employees. Not a leader, not a team player. Charges excessive fees, and is known to overcharge hours (billing, but not working).

Extremely hard to reach, and takes no pride in job.... doesn't deserve the OUTRAGEOUS fees he submits. Is fraudulent and is robbing Canadian taxpayers.
