This person is the worst leader I've seen. Has her favourite employees and anyone else is just ignored. Lack empathy, sympathy and extremely self centered. Would never work for this person again. Run...run...run.

I’ve also worked as part of a matrix team on a large project under Dina’s leadership. Her direct report seem happy, supported and work real well and hard for her. Most govt employees don’t, but the do for her. She seems flexiibke, easy to talk to, likes to help solve problems and she will protect and back her team. She can be direct but once you know her, you will f8 d out her intentions are always good and she doesn’t want to waste time. I like her, she smiles, asks the “little” people how they are doing and does not care for titles or your level. She care for respect, fun and professional workplace and no bullshit. If you are an abuser of sick leave, slacker, going to say your dog ate your homework, wrong lady to work for. She doesn’t not like to be played and she will outsmart you. If you have her trust, respect, and do your work to the best of your ability, you will prosper and most likely be promoted. She is well connected, resourceful and will go out of her way for most people. Lucky if you work with her, damned if you fuck around so don’t.

I’m very pleased to and privieldged to have worked with Dina. As a fellow IT manger, I’ve worked alongside Dina for many years on large infrastructure projects for the government of Canada. Not only has she been a key player on our team, but she’s also become a leader that my own team members flocked to. Dina’s skills and leadership qualities would make her an invaluable addition to any information technology content development team and project. She is honest, stays true to her values, respects input and also able to ensure all team members enjoy themselves while delivering results. She was a responsive service provider and cares for the collective unit regardless of the badge you wear. Her title never intimidates you, she is personalable, and enjoys working and seeing teams and project be successful. Like the comment below, consider yourself lucky to work with Dina, true and genuine leaders are rare. shared Service Canada, I hope you realize what you have...don’t let this one walk away.

Very strong leader. Values her employees and always looks to do right by her employees, management and customers. Really cares and takes the time to understand things. She is sharp and can’t be bought by fancy words and calls b/s out.
If you get a chance to work for this lady, consider yourself very lucky. Great management does not come around all the time and she is that.
Excellent leadership and care for employees. Direct, honest and made for leadership.
